Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges for T-shirts and Hoodies

  • Wrong size? Not your color? We Got Your Six. Exchanges are quick and free within the 30-day return window.
  • If the replacement you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit — your choice.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away.
  • We Got Your Six: we’ll ship out a replacement at no extra cost — no hassle, no questions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support@foundingpatriots.com — subject line: We Got Your Six.
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos if applicable.
  • We’ll reply with a prepaid return label and simple step-by-step instructions.

COFFEE MUG RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DAMAGES

Our coffee mugs are custom made to order specifically for you. Because each mug is produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or an incorrect product or design selected at the time of purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISPRINTED MUGS

We Got Your Six. If your mug arrives damaged, broken, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact Founding Patriots within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work to make it right.

Please email support@foundingpatriots.com and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or printing issue

• A photo that shows enough of the mug and design for us to identify the product

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or an appropriate refund. You generally will not be required to return a damaged, defective, or misprinted mug.

CHANGE OF MIND

Because our mugs are made specifically for each order, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges simply because you changed your mind after receiving your purchase.

ORDERING THE WRONG MUG OR DESIGN

Please carefully review your mug style, design, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect address was provided.
