Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days within the U.S. Expedited options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout.

At this time, we primarily ship T-shirts and Hoodies within the U.S. International shipping may be available — costs and delivery times vary. We do not currently ship Coffee mugs out of the country.

Contactus right away and We Got Your Six. We’ll ship the correct item at no cost and provide a return label for the wrong one.

Coffee Mug Return Policy

Our coffee mugs are custom made to order specifically for you. Because each mug is produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or an incorrect product or design selected at the time of purchase.

We Got Your Six. If your mug arrives damaged, broken, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact Founding Patriots within 30 days of receiving your order. Email support@foundingpatriots.com with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or an appropriate refund. You generally will not be required to return a damaged mug.

Because our mugs are made specifically for each order, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections. Please carefully review your mug style, design, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect address was provided.

Sizing, Fit, & Returns for T-shirts and Hoodies

Yes, most are true-to-size unisex fits. Check our Size Chart / Fit Guide for details on Men’s, Women’s, and Youth sizes.

All apparel is pre-shrunk cotton/poly blends. Minimal shrinkage may occur after the first wash. For a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

We stand by our Freedom Guarantee: We Got Your Six. You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Email support@foundingpatriots.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid label and step-by-step instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected.
